What's the deal with your postage?

We really wanted to keep the cost of everything down to a minimum. As part of that we're including some pretty affordable postage. This does mean that you might not receive it the very next day, but you should receive it quickly enough.

Firstly, we normally take up to a couple of working days to package up your order and send it out.

Postage in the UK

Within the UK we send our packages second class, but that doesn't make you second class. The Royal Mail says they'll aim to deliver your package in 3 days.

Postage in Europe

If you're within Europe then your package will be sent by The Royal Mail. They say that your package should arrive from 3 days.

Postage for the rest of the world

If you're not in the UK or Europe then your package will also be sent by The Royal Mail. They say that your package should arrive from 5 days. Depending on where you are it can take up to two weeks for your order to arrive.

Returns

If you're not completely happy with your order then let us know. By email is best. If you return your order within 28 days we'll happily refund you. Go to our contact page to find the address to send returns to.
